Diagnosed with Relapsing-remitting Multiple Sclerosis in 2001, I was told to "prepare for life in a wheelchair." But after a roller-coaster of a journey and an amazing care team, I chose a different path. Through the past 25 years of training, research and a deep dive into holistic wellness, I transformed my own health. From barely walking, I became a triathlete, CrossFitter, and holistic health coach – proof that thriving with MS is absolutely possible.
At Evocean, I empower individuals to reclaim their narrative and live vibrant, fulfilling lives. I believe that MS doesn't define you, your resilience does. Together, we'll navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories, big and small. Let's choose the hard that leads to a life of joy and purpose. I'm here every step of the way, cheering you on!
Ready to reclaim your vibrant life with MS? Let's navigate your journey together.
I know how hard this path can be— really, I do. I’ve had my own share of tough days, the kind where MS feels like it hits out of nowhere and knocks the wind out of me. Sometimes, I just need to let myself feel the sadness. Other times, I know it’s time to rest. And then there are those days when the best medicine is a quiet walk on the beach with my dog, just breathing and being.
What I’ve learned is this: staying stuck in those heavy moments doesn’t help. I let myself feel them, I honor what’s coming up, and then—gently—I bring myself back to center.
I also have a deep respect for medicine and science. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful disease-modifying therapies can be. But I also believe this is a personal journey. You get to choose what’s right for your body. And I’ll always support you in that.
