Show TF Up

I remember walking along the water, fresh in a new place, and seeing a group of people kayaking. That little voice inside me piped up, "That looks incredible... but you could never do that. Your body is too unstable. Your balance is a mess. MS sucks."

I did it anyway.

I walked over to their boathouse, clueless but curious, and started talking to them. I came back. And I came back. I learned. It was uncomfortable, a challenge, but I learned.

Then, a new group joined our boathouse, bringing with them outrigger canoes. I saw what they were doing, and that same spark ignited. So I started talking to them. I tried it. I came back to the boathouse. Again and again. It's still uncomfortable, but I'm learning.

Then, those "crazy water people" became great friends. They taught me more than I could have ever imagined. Not just about paddling, but about patience, the rhythms of the water, and how to craft a truly exceptional dark and stormy!

The point is this: that tug, that pull, that whisper of curiosity – listen to it. It's your intuition calling you forward.

Show up. Just show TF up. Even when doubt screams in your ear. Even when MS feels like it is all-consuming. Even when fear tries to hold you back. Even when you feel utterly unprepared or able.

You have no idea what awaits you. What connections you'll forge. What skills you'll uncover. What strength you'll discover within yourself.

Your limitations are often self-imposed. Your potential is boundless.

So, what's that voice whispering to you right now? What's that thing you're longing to try, but fear is holding you back?

Dare to show up. Dare to be uncomfortable. Dare to step into the unknown. Your greatest adventure might be just one "yes" away. What are you going to show up for today?
