Diagnosed with an autoimmune condition (Multiple Sclerosis) in 2001, I was told to “prepare for the worst.” Mobility issues, chronic fatigue, brain fog… you name it, I was warned about it. But after a roller-coaster of a journey and an incredible care team, I chose a different path.
Through 25 years of training, research, and a deep dive into holistic health, I rebuilt my life. From barely being able to walk, I became a triathlete, a CrossFitter, and eventually a holistic health coach, proof that thriving with autoimmune disease is absolutely possible.
At Evocean, I empower individuals to reclaim their narrative and live vibrant, fulfilling lives. Your autoimmune condition doesn’t define you—your resilience does. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories, big and small. We choose the hard that leads to a life of joy, strength, and purpose.
Ready to reclaim your vibrant life with autoimmune disease? Let’s navigate this journey together.
I know how hard this path can be— really, I do. I’ve had my own share of tough days, the kind where MS feels like it hits out of nowhere and knocks the wind out of me. Sometimes, I just need to let myself feel the sadness. Other times, I know it’s time to rest. And then there are those days when the best medicine is a quiet walk on the beach with my dog, just breathing and being.
What I’ve learned is this: staying stuck in those heavy moments doesn’t help. I let myself feel them, I honor what’s coming up, and then—gently—I bring myself back to center.
I also have a deep respect for medicine and science. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful disease-modifying therapies can be. But I also believe this is a personal journey. You get to choose what’s right for your body. And I’ll always support you in that.
